Run my BD5W the 1st time today....very very happy with the car.
Tons of grip....super easy to drive
Thanks to Antoni for sharing his setup for reference....
I'm now using the following with my car:
Fr suspension mount: FF & FR 42mm
Rr toe: 3 deg
Shock mounting on Fr shock tower: hole 3 (car more responsive)
Center link: R8
Hole on steering block: outer hole
Tire: Sorex 36R
Insert: Hara purple (I've tested Ride orange and Hara black but it's just too much grip and results in a little understeer)
Tire treatment: Tire Tweak
Fr & RR downstop: 6mm under arm
Fr & RR camber: -1.5 deg
Fr Drive: Spool
Motor: X12 4.5t
Shell: Speed 6
All others are kit setup. Track condition is med-grip asphalt.
