what are the requirements for a used MT12 to send it to you for tuning?

I have two MT12's, one has just been rebuilt (sleeve, piston, rod and wristpin) and other one will be due after about one more Gallon.

Is the above mentioned rebuilt good enough or do you only work on new motors? What about the crankshaft?

How much do you charge for the mods on an existing engine?
