When the weather gets hotter, you would run a cooler plug if anything, not hotter. Having said that, you probably won't need to do a thing other than mind your temps and potentially richen the motor up... but when it gets hotter and the air gets thinner, it will naturally be a little rich, so it will probably be a wash. The b5 with the 97t already takes forever to warm up and always runs cool for me when it's in the 70s outside, I'd imagine the 97t is perfect for warmer temps.
