The 10L4 comes with all the IRS goodies that the L3 didn't....

So, a 12l4 may make getting a an AE car cheaper, considering all the guys I know who get them have to spend $$$$ to get the extra goodies...

Main thing would be the IRS type of axle.

Plus, 6 cell 12th is dead for the most part.
