Yep, I'd keep an eye on that 7940 in steering on a truggy. I run one for throttle, but wouldn't trust it for steering, especially in a truggy. It may survive in a buggy, but even that I'm not 100% sure of. The 7940 has been solid for me in the throttle position and the 7950 has been excellent in steering! In the end, the 7955 is still the best value.
