There is no good servo for 45.00 dollars...i have 2 recommendations...they might not be cheap but its the only way to do it in my opinion

Get yourself a good rtr like a losi 2.0 or even 10t and call it a day .That vehicle will need no upgrades except a servo to be a fun competitive and most importantly reliable and quality vehicle. Nothing compared to a ofna

Maybe find a new hobby if things are so difficult and money is a issue. Unfortunately nothing in this hobby is cheap and if your worried about money your only going to spend more in the long run. If you buy a good quality servo now and spend the 100.00 bucks you wont be buying another one in a month. If you buy a 45 dollar servo i can guarantee you will be buying another one very soon
