The Evolution has tons of steering. The most I have ever seen in a car. Twitchy or not depends on which body you are using. The new gearing is supposed to be smoother than the old and provide a lower gear ratio. If you run on a rough surface with a lot of debris it's best to go back to the old gearing because the .08 gears are a lot more fragile.
