I use $1 protek metal shielded bearings. I use an RPM bearing blaster and nitro spray to blast the grease out, and oil them with Racers Edge modified bearing oil. They will last around a gallon or so if you want them to. I just change them every club weekend, or before a long main at a big race.
I have been meaning to give the TKO's a shot but their always on backorder when I make my Amain orders.
carolina r/c has some tko clutch bearings in stock.
when you blow the grease out of the clutch bearings, do you leave one side without the shield, or do you put the seal back on?
