Bearing Cleaning Process
Ive searched a bit on the forums about cleaning metal shielded bearings and found out that I should use Goof Off, and/or lighter fluid to clean them in a glass container (shaking) then spray with motor spray(once you remove the shields of course).
Are these the best fluids you can use to remove ALL that crap in my bearings? Is that process right?
