Ellegis do wear out a bit faster and have better stiction than the Ufras. I'd rather wear a set out and keep the tires on the track versus chunking Ufras every time.
We are lucky to have a local racer that can furnish Ellegis for $24/complete set of four [26 fronts and 30 rears in every shore available].
Nitro Shoes have the best traction I've witnessed, but they wear really fast. They are pricey. Or, that's what the guys say, especially when they don't work at the LHS.
