I would go with whichever your pocket tells you too.
I run the race prepped in my 6T and absolutely love it! I couldn't be any happier to be honest, getting 12 mins to a tank and the power is sick.
The full mod will spool up a bit faster and have a lil more upper RPM. The FM also comes with a TKO ceramic rear bearing.
Both would be fine in either buggy or truggy, as you can tune to suit with pipes.
