don't have paypal i could do western union but i'll be charged almost another USD20 for sending u the fee. cc would be excellent but i could also do thru ikobo. u'll need to withdraw the fund from any ATM machines displaying PLUS sign using i-Kard (will be sent to you by ikobo). might take about 10 days from end-to-end. lemme know :-)
