the Reps FROM Hitec are the one's who have confirmed the 5955/7955's are good to go....so Yes there is "Official Proof" from Hitec...its just not on the package is all.

Oh and Your are NOT forgoing your Warranty in any way shape or Form running unregulated....Hitec will 1000% stand behind their product...User's fault or Not...its just the way they run things over there.
