I read on IRS Racing or somewhere that its a good idea to rough up one side of diff D-Rings with 600-grit sandpaper. Do you typically do this?

I don't sand the diff rings 'coz they are already notched..and wont' slip. This way...when 1 side wears out...just flip it over and use the other side.

check with you LHS...they should be able to get it...got mine from Tower it's called Ultralon.
