I am not going to comment on the contract issue because that is none of my business. But to basically say that he doesn't know what he's talking about and is rude to others is just plain wrong. Joe has helped me many times and even gave me his number to call him if I have a problem. I don't know many people who would give there number to complete strangers and help them out over the phone if they ever need it. LOL have you been to the MBX6T, that place would far apart without him.
