As you know the main element is the weight.
I recommend you to get those servos.Your car will get lighter like 20-30 grams.
in the case of ko, it was about 10g per servo from 2367's to 2413's. even with the upright servo, it gives you a place to mount the regulator if you run lipo. if not, the weight isn't any higher than it would have been. there just isn't as much so it changes your throttle servos cg by 10g if you are worried about that. my car is super light on the pipe side (I run idm/picco, max/nova seems heavier and closer to normal balance on the pipe side) so I needed the weight off of the radio tray side although I run a brass battery plate and nimh to get back closer to 1730g.
