Yes that is the Right Part Number for the rod for your motor.And yes that is the New rod from Axe Rossi and it Should last longer then your old rod it is a Much better rod then the Older Rods that came in the Cobra's and Mamba's .
After you have run the O.S. plug you will have an Air Leak around the Plug when you try and run the Axe Rossi Plug. the O.S. plug and the Axe Rossi Plug is not the same Thread you might try an Axe Rossi Plug and see if it Leaks it might not but i think it will.

I haven't driven the car with the P3 yet, but I just threaded it in to see if it would work anyhow, I did run it with a Novarossi 6 plug and it did leak so you mean that I need to buy another turbo head? Why did they change the turbo plug on the AXE and make it different from Novarossi. I mean aren't Novarossi, RB, AXE, O.S and most other turbo plugs supposed to be interchangeable? I can kinda understand maybe O.S but that's
