If he ran that hot in 10 minutes, he was overgeared. That is not a valid reason to shorten the races. You can be overgeared no matter what the length of the race. That is just a part of getting the right setup. After the races Saturday at Turtle Trax, I ran back to back packs of hard racing for 25 minutes and only ran 135 degrees.

4WD may have a time issue with the battery capacity, but the 2WDs can easily run 10 minutes or more with no problem.
