I wouldnt think so, the screws are all the same between the .12-.21, for novarossi anyways.

For the novarossi screws, i usually get them snug, not too tight, (tighten in a x-pattern to make sure ) the cheese head has a large bearing surface, alot of people will trade them out for SHCS but, you loose bearing surface with them. Hudy makes a screwdriver specifically for the nova screws. Its one of my favorite tools.
