, sorry making a habit of this.

i read some where that when the motor idles and if it slows down like da..da..da..da then da.......da........da.......da...... i have not set the idle correctly and what i need to do is lean out the low speed needle until the idle is constant no matter how long the motor is idling for, however i can never get this constant idling going no matter what i do, after 15 seconds or so the idle will always slow down.
am i doing this correctly.

Yes what you are doing is right your motor should hold a good idle for 10 to 15 sec and then drop off to the da......da.........da.......da like you said if it stays up to a da..da..da..da..da for more then 10-15 sec you have the LSN to Lean it should drop off like yours is doing and Load up and Die after a little bit.
