Track will be ran wet like most big races at TA. As for tires, Holeshots are great but wear fast, at the end of the day most people run Holeshots as the track gets hardpack. At the beginning of the day Calibers, Bowfighters, and CityBlocks work well and last alot longer. All tires in Soft/M3 compound. You really don't need any setup changes unless of an 'unusual' track layout, also the track will develop some ruts at the end of the day, nothing too bad though.
