I would like to try a header, that is approximate 1 cm shorter than th 41021.

ya the shape of the header makes a pretty big difference in the effect the exhaust has on the engine .
1 cm shorter than the 41021 ? i would say try the ofna/jammin round header , i believe it is a little shorter than the 41021 .
the double bend headers from short to long 41019 , 41001 , 41005
try evrything and educate yourself , this will allow you to see what works best for you
remember after you change pipe/header you will have to retune the engine
