I disagree with the tuning order, because the Low speed is effected by the High needle.. Leanin Low needle then leaning high can caus ea lean condition on the Low side.. But, to each his own..
This advice comes directly from Team Epic (Trinity): Sirio/ ExTech .21 Nitro Engine
Always tune from the low speed needle first, If your engine does not have enough power,do not continue to lean the HSD.
I found this advice really holds true, I have been running Extech Motors for the last 3 years. All there saying is don't always think HSN first, making a small adjustment on Low end will usually bring it back in to tune.
