The only possibility is Config 1. Config 2 requires more voltage/number of cells than either the 206 or 208 can handle like crusey mentioned.

Either one implies floating outputs (not grounded) on the chargers, assuming they are connected at the same time as shown. Which I suspect they have, but am not at all sure…..use caution.

A lot of cells in there, I would think it would be very important to connect every cell for balancing, that’s a whole lotta wiring….yikes.

Suggest considering starting with larger cells, would make wiring so much easier. These are lithium based, but not lithium polymer. Slightly lower cell voltage, maybe add more in series to get the voltage back. Think it would be cheaper/no more expensive, but maybe not quite as light or compact (but counting wiring, maybe):

If you must have li-po, maybe this one, but not very high discharge rated (not completely clear if it's li-po or li-ion, I think it's li-po, maybe contact them and double check):
