iCharger has a 206B and a 208B models. The 206B is 300watts and the 208B is 350watts. Where the 208B manual says "Lithium (LiPo/LiIo/LiFe) battery cell count: 1 – 8 series (In non-balance mode, expand LiFe to 10s)" - this means it will charge an 8S lipo battery, not 8 lipos in series. The 206B specifies only up to 6S lipo batteries, but similarly does not mean it charges 6 lipos in series. I think you have the models mixed up?

I'm confused by your ques - 'charge up to parallel sets of LiPos in series" - that makes no sense at all??
