n21r with 2013 pipeset would be a good combo
as far as the bearings , the rear bearing is not a "budget" bearing but the front bearing should be replaced after about 2 gallons or so . although i have seen them go for up to 6

i personally dont think it would make a sh!tbit of a difference as your finger and pipe/plug/clutch setup has way more to do with this than the percentage of nitro .

you would probably be able to squeek a very minimal amount of runtime out of 25% fuel over 30% but i am talking all things being setup properly to run each fuel and all other components being equal .
i have always used 30% fuels in any and all nitro engines , even .12 engines . if you guys have a limitation on fuel nitro % because of your sanctioning body and you must run 25% nitro would be the only reason i would if i were you
