That picture works. but move your eyes from the throttle linkage to the hoop on the break cam. Where the linkage slides in and out through the hoop. it keeps getting bound.
I used to have a problem in that area. My problem was that the brake arm would extend while I was on the throttle. When I let off the throttle the end piece would get caught on the top center diff mount causing my throttle to hang a little.
