Sometimes it can be difficult to put-on the front wheels because of the one-way axle and the quick-release lever being shorter than at the rear.

I know a lot of guy that will use a dremmel and slightly grind down the outside edges of the quick release to make the tire changes much easier and faster.
Its the inside of the quick release that actually holds on the tire/wheels, but the outside is what is making the tire/wheel difficult to change
