i am getting a few PM's asking me how i get the M05 ball diff so tight and my Experiences with them SO ...........

This is how i got my M05 3Racing ball diff tight as hell and not stripping/snapping screws

I stripped it , sanded the plates added a good amount of asso fat and used a TRF416 bolt , nut and thrust washer

Add extra oil/asso fat to the thrust bearing and extra loctite to the bolt

Tightened it till it was really tight to turn the ball diff outdrives and then stuck it in the M05

Make sure when you fit the diff that the adjuster bolt is on the left side of the car , this i believe stops the bolt loosening

Drive it a few laps and see how tight it is , maybe you can get a little more on the bolt
