get the TRF if you can... then buy the short springs. if you dont have the short springs, your ride height will be too high.
compared to the Evo3.. its a totally different car with a different drive train.
the 414 might be more of a car you can graduate to when you get really good. the 414 has more tuning options and it is the current world champion.
i wont even mention the 415
get the TA04-TRF. its a good car and you cant go wrong with it.
