I use JB weld.

Ok not really. My steps go like this:

1. Open tire and rim packages.
2. Open glue and carefully snip the end off to get the flow going.
3. Put the tires and foams on the rim.
4. Pull back the seam and began to apply a bead of glue.
5. Get lots of glue on me and the side of the tire.
6. Finish the bead and realize my finger is already bonded to the tire.
7. Try to pry the tire off my finger.
8. Grow frustrated with the stuckness of my fingers and the tire.
9. Curse under my breath.
10. Log on to RCTech and hit up the Speed Shop thread.
11. Tell the Speed Shop I'm sending my tires to them to mount.

Works for me!
