I too am curious as to how much this affects the L/R balance of the car. I drive a corally PHI with the angled lipo tray. Does tweaking the car go hand in hand with balancing it left and right? or what order shoudl this be done in?
Last summer was my first summer of racing and while i didnt do amazing, i had plenty of 2nd /3rd place finishes (as well as DNFs). My driving is good, now its just the car holding me back, and my mind of not changing the setup. I have been adapting to the car and not adapting the car to my driving style. What order should i car be changed? (IE. tweak before you change XYZ, save ride height last etc)
L/R balance should be done first, because as you move weight around the car tweak changes. The idea is to get your balance right and your suspension right so that the tweak is 0 (I just fought this battle with my car last weekend).
