I'm not sure what to tell you just this second. Provided you did everything as we said...

1. uninstall all current versions of the SP s/w from your computer, also deleting the all .zip files from the previous download (except the files you downloaded today)
2. goto the SP website and redownload the V1.32 s/w.

3. unzip and install the program like you have never had it on your computer before.

4. take the 2 new s/w files from today and unzip the package, highlight the 2 files, right click and copy them.

5. going into your "my computer"..."C:"..."Program files...."Speed Passion V1.32" folder, you will right click and PASTE the new files into that folder

when prompted if you would like to overwrite the existing files, you click "yes to all"

after that, it a business as usual s/w update on your esc, using the 4th tab and the drop down box, the new s/w should be listed there at that time.
