Thats the easy part, the hard part come when it time to put someone or people in Charge of it. As you can see from other post on other threads there is always someone bitching about what is not be done right or dont like how the program is running or who is cleaning up the area, ect. Raising money is the easy part. We have a great track in Vegas, but not everyone is welling to do the labor to keep it up. Which is fine with me. They are at choice, but be good with your choice meaning dont complain if you are not helping out. $$ is not a help. Someone has to due the labor.
Now I have had few PM today about CP, and yes its shame someone went to city and caused this issue, I am sure be that the casino holds a Gaming Licnece looked at this and said we dont need any issue with the city regarding a track on our property when we need to keep a clean record with them for our Gaming.
Again unless I see it or hear it from city offical that it was a certian person or persons I cant really put my self on any side of this. I am sure this person if true is doing every thing they can to cover up there tracks. But it will come back to them soon.
I hear James had many issue but regardless of the issue all I can say that he at least gave the racer a place to race, at this time what choice would you make James or a closed track.
