you should get a mg servo, a good servo saver made specifically for mg servos, also replace the rod with a turnbuckle and make sure the steering parts are binding. take turns turning the left and right wheel with your hand and push the arms up on each side. if anything doesnt feel smooth, then smooth it out with a file. also make sure the screws that hold the servo are snug
