I bought the T-4 at CHAMP R/C in Tokyo when I was there for Christmas. They had the best price out of all the r/c stores that I checked out. It sells for $367USD. I also bought all the replacement parts and hop ups for it as well.
If you are in the States, I think California R/C can get it for you since they have stock on some CL03 replacement parts.
