First off, I'm glad you have turned your heart back to God and are pursuing Him earnestly again!! That's awesome!!
For tracks, you can also just do a google search for r/c racing in *insert area*, and it will bring up most tracks. Or most of the magazines have a track locator area in the back too. They are out of date sometimes, but if you can just find one track and talk to the racers there, they can usually hook you up with the local tracks.
