I simplified the steering as I found I was getting a little too much ackerman effect with the mods I had to do to the original steering to make it work. I switched to simple 1/12 style steering. I also located the speed control lower. The car is more balanced and 60grams lighter. Still a few bugs to work out. I will post updated photos soon.
