That would mean the 21-2003 (the one listed at A Main) is the long one.

Looks like A-Main are a little confused.
The part number (21-2003) is correct, but the picture is of a short needle
GO motors in the US run the short needle, so A-Main may think this parts number for the low speed needle is correct (they may be unaware a long needle even exists for these motors). If you use that part number you will probably get the short needle shown.
The long needle is standard issue from the factory, unless the importer/distributor for your country requests otherwise - which is the case in the US I believe.
Yes, once you have the tuning of the long needle carb sorted the performance is great. A little smoother performance and slightly better economy IMO.

Here is a pic of the long taper LSN - quite different to the short needle shown on A-Main.
