Agree with the Losi rear hubs. I've got both the 1-degree and 2-degree ones, depending on track conditions.

I split my battery foam, and run the battery about 3/4" from full back. I've got 2 oz. of lead under the rear battery foam. No added weight up front. These things have plenty of steering without adding weight there.
