yeah, I just like to hear from tekin wheather they think it's a good idea or not..I can't see why not. I'm one of the few people that has been using a 2s lipo for a reciever pack for a while and not have any issues. I've been using this:

I liked it becuase it's got it's own charger. when I get back from turn marshalling, I plug the car in. There is plenty of "slack" in the wall charger to make mods on the car, verify setup etc. Some people complain about charging a second battery, but doing it this way, sure does minimize the work.
