A Tekin speedo doesn't need a fan or extra cooling on top.
As already mentioned the solder post work as cooling and only there a fan will help.
Even when the track temp is high the speedo stays cool when using stock motors.
Fans will only be used with mod motors and even than not always.

As the Tekin speedo get's hot, you did something wrong.
