Pat your always welcome to check out anything I have and try it out as well. I think the Strike was fast because it is a little loose which helps in a few of those turns. Motor wise it is still the same one that came new in the kit. I clean it out once a week. Same method I did to yours a week or two back. Reoil the bushings and put in the truck. Sometimes I use comm drops and sometimes I don't. Depends how lazy I am.
I had to push really hard to catch you guys so I cut corners alot closer than I normally would of so that probably helped with my laptimes some. In general I only drive as hard as I need to. Normally like many when I push hard mistakes happen but I had a limited amount of them in the last 10 laps so it really helpmed me. Normally that is not my comfort zone but this time it worked out. Need a little luck sometimes thats for sure.
