i personally think the CRC one suck. i had a set that came with my genXL and they fitted real loose in the bulkheads, like enough that the axle could actually move around and change the gear mesh. the bearing fit snug, but the adjuster didnt fit the bulkhead right. i picked up the manutech units that go in .5 increment and they work quite well. albeit a touch pricey in my opinion.
