Make sure you go to the track you are going to race at to see what is popular. The track I race at is dominated by 2wd buggies (21 entries on Saturday). Our truck class generally has 6 to 8 entries. Each track has its own mix of what is popular. You don't want to buy something and then find out there are not enough of them to run.
