what surface? carpet, asphalt, etc
what kind of tires? rubber, foam
what version on your RS? v200, v203
I know Randy Pike posted a 'suggested' starting point for 13.5 TC a ton of pages back, you can do a search for his post
remember, there isn't going to be a 'perfect, outta-the-box' settings anyone can give - its all gonna be ballpark starting points
