FYI guys, when building the shocks, on the Mi2, i have done some expertimentation with lengths, and found fronts to be best set to 55mm, and rear 57mm (measured end to end)..The reason for this is to allow adequate bump and droop measurments...
originally I built mine to the Kit specs of 64.4mm, but found I couldnt then use the outer 2 holes on the lower rear arm as this was resticting length therefore droop. And as we usually run less droop up front you can get away with less length, permitting further travel in bump.
Are these lengths at full extension?
