I did loosen the 4 screws on top that holds the sway bar down but it still stays up, it helped a bit. I dont think it has anything to do with the screws.
It did make a difference.
When it still new, i need to loosen about 1/4-1/2 turn from full tighten to make the bar move freely.
Tighten a bit more when you readjust the suspension.
