well I do not have the insturctions.. (yea I know I can spell) any how really the only thing you need to know is that the slower you cut the com the better and make sure your bit is sharp. know the direction it is turning so that your don't chip of the tip of your bit and then just play with it.. that is what most of us did. and get a dyno even if all it tells is Rpm's and amp draw at least you can see if what your doing is really doing any good.. I know integy make's a cheap lil one..
