any 64p spurs will fit...that have the 8 or 12 holes for the 4 hole mounting screws. Xenon gears fit perfectly.
Pinion...all depends on your motor, track, driving style etc.
if you're running the Monster Stock...geared to around 7+/- final drive ratio... you'll need a 34T 64p pinion. A good set of pinions in the range of 30 to 39 is good to have...
